About Us

Start off with our 30 min free consultation where a ONE7 representative will come to the home and provide some professional feedback and offer some verbal suggestions on how to improve the current situation.  We will sit with you and ask many qualifying questions to determine the scope of work.  At this point a general idea of cost can be provided. 

Once a  verbal acceptance is provided an invoice for our design services will be provided at a 2% of the estimated project costs.  At this point you will be provided a professionally drawn floor plan with some design choices based of inspiration received during the previous meetings. These plans will be used for construction in most circumstances unless an architect/structural engineer is needed to provide their feedback.

After all architectural design choices are agreed  upon we can move into providing a full bid/estimate on the scope of work.  With our construction team we will start the process and we can see your project through to the final coat of paint.

Out educated team can also provide professional interior design services to assist in all selections along the way to ensure a full cohesiveness throughout the home.  These services would be billed out on a hourly basis and can be on a as needed basis.
