Brad has been on many sides of the real estate industry. In late 2014 he started a real estate investing company that privately funded redevelopment opportunities, implicated strategic planning in efforts to optimize greater investor return on investment. Brad specialized in the acquisition, marketing and project management of over 15 properties during his first 3 years in the business. This also included working closely with local real estate brokers on the buy and sell side, but also with investors on rehab and new construction projects. At the start of 2018 Brad began to work closely with a lending institution and became known in this space for providing solutions for others looking to get into the business by originating loans. At the start of October 2018, Brad took his entrepreneurial vision to the next level and founded ONE7 Construction. He hasn’t looked back and began quickly working with successful real estate minded leaders who share a passion for success.

Ryan a seasoned real estate agent with many years of construction backgrounds leads the teams on a daily basis.  He started his real estate career in orange count California where he was on the buy and sell side on many transactions.  HIs experience in construction started when he was 15 building houses with his dad, a developer in the St. Louis area.  Ryan started with ONE7 in 2021 and has continued to prove himself as a valuable partner in the company.
